These programs were written by Chris Smith and are based upon the source code for the MSDOS programs KMSURV and MULTLR written by Nelson Campos-Filho and Eduardo Franco. These programs are, as yet, incomplete but are considered reliable enough by the CDC for inclusion in EpiInfo 2000 and later versions.
